Daniel began his training in 1998 under the Artistic Directors of the Vidal Sassoon International Creative Team which allowed him to quickly become a platform, on-stage artist for several US industry trade shows. While styling his eclectic range of socialites, models, and career women at the Warren Tricomi Salon in West Hollywood, Martinez kept true to his “street chic” approach to wearable hair. He is known for his expertise in making long-layered hair beautiful yet interesting, with his trademark fringes of all shapes.
